Deposit Due Date
A signed rental agreement and deposit MUST be received by the London
Community Center within ten (10) business days of the date of the
rental agreement. If not received with ten(10) business days, LCC
reserves the right to release the date(s) to another party.

Balance Due Date
All remaining indebtedness is due at least three (3) days before the
day of the event.

Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be given to the director or
assistant director at least thirty days prior to the scheduled event
in order to receive a deposit refund.

Returned Check Policy
There will be a $20.00 service charge for any returned checks.

LCC accepts cash, check, money order, or credit card.
