HOW TO RENT OUR FACILITY
1. Call 606-864-7777 for rental information.
2. Ask us to double check the availability of the day and room that
you would like to have.
3. We then will need a group name, a contact name, an address, phone
number, the times that you need in, and the times that you will be
leaving our facility.
4. Within a few days, a contract will be sent out to you. When you
receive it, you will have ten days from the date it was sent to return
it to us, signed, along with half of your base rent.
5. At least one week prior to your event, you will need to call or
stop by so that we can do a diagram of your event and have it ready to
be set up just the way you want it.
6. Three days prior to your event, we will need the second half of
your rent.
7. The day of your event, Have a great time!!! Someone will be here or
on call if you need us.
